How I Work

I work with a small number of founders at a time — usually three to five. Engagements start with a free teardown: a 60-minute working session where I look at your stack, your roadmap, and the parts of the product that feel brittle. You walk away with a specific plan even if we never work together.

From there, most engagements become a weekly rhythm: standing calls, async reviews in Linear or Notion, and direct work on the hard problems — agent architecture, eval harnesses, fundraising narratives, pricing experiments. I write code when it helps. I write decks when it helps. I tell you when something is not going to work.

I am especially interested in teams building AI agents that need to reach production — not demos, not chatbots, but systems that take real actions on behalf of users with the kind of reliability enterprise buyers expect.

Who I Work With

Founders raising a seed or Series A round, AI-first startups at the demo-to-production transition, and operators who have shipped something real but cannot yet explain why it works. If you are pre-idea or pre-customer, the teardown will tell us both whether now is the right time.

I have been on both sides — as a founder who scaled Supportiv to 2.1M users, and as an advisor to dozens of startups through fundraising, PMF, and launch. I know what it feels like when the runway is short and the roadmap is unclear. The job is to make decisions faster and with less regret.

Let's Talk

Best entry point right now: a free AI stack teardown. I'll look at the workflow, where it breaks, and what the architecture should be.
